HNTK may receive information that you choose to provide through the general contact form, secure referral or intake form, or general job-application form. The information requested depends on the purpose of the form.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to the relevant inquiry, referral or application, to keep an appropriate operational record, and to protect the security and reliability of the public website.

Sensitive submissions

Referral, intake and application records are restricted to specifically authorized HNTK personnel. Notification emails do not contain the complete sensitive submission. Authorized personnel sign in to the protected management dashboard to review it.

Documents

Uploaded documents are validated and delivered through an authorization-controlled download process. They are not intended to be publicly indexed or exposed through ordinary media links.

Retention and deletion

HNTK will apply an approved retention schedule when organizational and legal guidance is confirmed. Automatic deletion is not enabled without that guidance. Appropriate requests concerning personal information can be made through the contact details below.
